How is shipping calculated?
In general, local orders (within Hong Kong, except outlying islands) will incur a HK$50 courier fee; whereas orders placed in Greater China will incur an average of HK$150 courier fee.

Do you offer free shipping service?
Local orders in Hong Kong: Free local delivery /SF-express Locker Pick up with purchase over $500. (Only applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Please contact us for delivery to outlying islands.)
For orders in Greater China (including Mainland China, Macau, and Taiwan): Spend $1000 or more to enjoy free express delivery!
North America (U.S.A., Canada): Spend $3000 to enjoy free express delivery!
How long does it take for my products to arrive?
State Health will try our best to deliver your goods within 5 working days upon the receipt of your order.
State Health will notify you by email of the estimated delivery date.
We will process your order as soon as possible. In the unlikely event of delay shipment due to unexpected circumstances, your goods might not be delivered to you within the specified time but we will notify you and try our best to delivery it to you as soon as possible.
