How is shipping calculated?
In general, local orders (within Hong Kong, except outlying islands) will incur a HK$50 courier fee; whereas orders placed in Greater China (including mainland China, Macau, and Taiwan): For orders over HK$1,000, will incur a HK$300 courier fee.

Do you offer free shipping service?
Hong Kong orders: Enjoy free local delivery or SF Express locker pickup with purchases over HK$300. (Available only in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Please contact us for island territories availability.)
Self-collection : The pickup address is 19/F, Capital Commercial Building, 446-448 Shanghai Street, Mong Kok, Hong Kong. Please wait for notification before shipment. Please present your order confirmation upon pickup. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM / 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Saturday, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
How long does it take for my products to arrive?
State Health will try our best to deliver your goods within 5 working days upon the receipt of your order.
State Health will notify you by email of the estimated delivery date.
We will process your order as soon as possible. In the unlikely event of delay shipment due to unexpected circumstances, your goods might not be delivered to you within the specified time but we will notify you and try our best to delivery it to you as soon as possible.
